His approach to leadership is rooted in improving systems, mentoring his team, and fostering meaningful connections with clients and partners. At the core of his philosophy is the belief that every project should create a win for the client, the team, and the business. Known for his consistency, drive, and self-awareness, Eric brings a thoughtful and future-focused energy to the business. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, exploring new places, and grabbing a chicken rice bowl from Fujiya, his favorite local lunch spot.

Sales Manager
