Eric Banerd brings over 15 years of experience in the painting industry. Eric has always been goal-driven and has had a passion for self-improvement and achievement.
As the owner of Even Better Painting, Eric sees it as his mission to ensure everyone wins on every project. The client, the staff, and the company must all benefit from each transaction. He has a passion for delivering quality results on projects and learning the skills of entrepreneurship as his company grows. Eric values his relationships with his clients and EB Painting has already gained a large network of repeat customers who trust his knowledge and business practice.
Dan
PRODUCTION MANAGER
As our Production Manager, Dan is an experienced painter of over 15 years. He began painting with Even Better Painting 5 years ago, and has since taken a leadership role on our team. Dan is the line of communication between our customers and painting crews, and works hard to ensure jobs cross the finish line smoothly. He likes working in the painting industry because each day looks a little different. When he isn’t working, Dan likes spending time with his friends and getting outside.
Dexter
ESTIMATOR
Dexter has been in the painting industry for over seven years, and has a wide knowledge of painting and staining in residential, commercial, and strata settings. With experience in both estimating and production, he thinks outside the box, helping our team to complete a wide variety of projects.
He cares about each and every project, and wants to make sure his clients feel taken care of throughout the painting process. He prides himself in being transparent and attentive.
Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, being outdoors, and playing sports like basketball, football, and lacrosse.
